The Area 31 Website Committee was formed at the Area 31 Fall Assembly 2012. The committee first met the following month, November 28, 2012.
By the end of 2020 it was felt that there was no longer a need for the committee in order to maintain the Area 31 General Service website.
The process of dissolving the committee began in January 2021 and was finalized at the Spring Assembly March 28, 2021.
This page and the Website Committee documents page will be left on the website for archival reference purposes.

The Website Committee Is responsible for the layout and content of the Area 31 General Service website ( as well as the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure the material posted on the website adheres to AA traditions and principles. (For your information, website content submission guidelines can be found here in PDF format.)
